We currently provide FTTH (Fiber To The Home) broadband services in Kalwa, Thane, and nearby surrounding areas. Service availability depends on fiber network reach and building feasibility. If fiber is not already present in your building, our team will check feasibility and suggest possible installation options. Standard installation is usually completed within 24–48 working hours after booking and document verification. In some cases — such as new fiber routing, society permission, or additional cabling — installation may take slightly longer. Our technician will inform you of the expected timeline in advance. Urgent installations may be arranged based on availability.
All our listed broadband plans are unlimited for normal home and office usage. There is no daily data cap for browsing, streaming, work-from-home, or gaming. However, extremely abnormal or commercial misuse (such as bulk data reselling, illegal hosting, or network abuse) may be restricted as per standard ISP fair-usage practices and regulatory guidelines.
Yes. Our technician will complete basic Wi-Fi router setup during installation so you can start using the internet immediately. We also help optimize router placement for better signal coverage. For larger homes, offices, or multi-floor spaces, we can recommend and configure additional routers, mesh systems, or access points for full coverage. Please note that Wi-Fi speed and range can vary depending on wall structure, interference, and device quality.
A compatible fiber ONT/router device is required for FTTH service. Depending on the plan and offer, it may be provided on purchase, rental, or refundable deposit basis. If you already own a supported router, our technician can configure it. We recommend using approved devices for best speed and stability.

Many issues can be resolved remotely within minutes. If required, a technician visit will be scheduled. Speed may vary depending on Wi-Fi strength, device quality, and number of connected users — wired LAN testing gives the most accurate speed result.
